  • MLB Baseball: Multi-employer collusion regarding pay for baseball players. Collusion upheld and salaries were increased.
  • Colin Kaepernick: Issue to be decided by arbitrator is the following: whether or not NFL owners colluded not to hire quarterback Kaepernick because of his political actions on the sidelines. No decision has been rendered, but the Kaepernick grievance is available.
